Maestrocast Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st January 2025
At Maestrocast, we’re committed to providing an exceptional experience for music teachers and students. If you’re not satisfied with our service, we’re here to help.
1. Free Trials
If you are using Maestrocast as part of a free trial, you will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. Free trials are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is collected during this period.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to Maestrocast until the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. After the 14-day period, your payment is non-refundable.
Please note: Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may offer refunds beyond the terms above in limited, exceptional cases—such as:
- You were charged due to a billing error
- There was a service outage or major technical failure
- You accidentally purchased a duplicate subscription
To request an exception, contact our support team at support@maestrocast.com. We review these requests case-by-case and make decisions at our sole discretion.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Maestrocast after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
